Every visit has a flat service-call fee that covers the trip and diagnosis. You get a quote before any repair work starts, parts are billed separately, and if you decide not to go ahead you only pay the service-call fee. Call or send a request for the current fee.
Yes, once you’ve bought it. Set a pickup time with the seller, and we’ll collect it, bring it into your home, set it up and test it. We don’t inspect machines for buyers before a sale.
Yes. When a machine won’t fit through a door or stairwell, we take it apart, move it, then rebuild and test it in its new spot.
Often, yes. Most breakdowns come down to a belt, deck, sensor or control board, which usually costs far less than a new machine. If a repair doesn’t make sense, we’ll tell you.
Yes. We set up scheduled visits for your fitness room, keep a service log for every machine, and give contract customers priority when something breaks.
Call the manufacturer first, because work by an unauthorized technician can affect your warranty. If the warranty doesn’t cover the problem, or you need delivery, assembly or moving, we can help.
